During the plenary session the parliament speaker Vadim Krasnoselsky read two deputies inquiries concerning mandatory third party liability, prepared by the Chairman of the Committee on agriculture, transport, construction, environment and natural resources Efimy Koval in collaboration with the deputy Oleg Leontiev. Parliamentarians appeal to the government to provide information on insurance companies providing public services in registration policies, and their founders. In addition, deputies are interested in the number of issued policies, data on the amount of insurance premiums and insurance indemnities paid, on tax collections, as well as the number of accidents and the minutes.
Another request regarding mandatory third party liability was prepared by deputy Oleg Petrik. He considers it necessary to send it to the Prosecutor of PMR so that the latter has given a legal assessment of mandatory third party liability expansion in the republic.
