And the memory of the heart says

The State Documentation and Archives Management Service, together with the Pridnestrovian society of historians and archivists, held a presentation of the multimedia publication “And the memory of the heart says”, which is dedicated to the creative works of Pridnestrovian authors.

This competition was held from October 2018 to February 2019 and was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. The work of students in secondary schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, as well as vocational and higher education institutions. The theme of historical works is the fulfillment by Pridnestrovian soldiers of their international duty in Afghanistan, as well as in other hot spots outside the Soviet Union.

The first memorable copies of the publication were received by the Chairman of the Association of Veterans of the War in Afghanistan, Deputy of the Supreme Council Igor Buga and the first PMR President Igor Smirnov from the hands of Zinaida Todorashko.
