The head of the Legal Department of the Supreme Council Ekaterina Pavlova informed the deputies of preparing a request to the Constitutional Court on the fact of not signing by the President of a number of laws. Parliamentarians expect to receive confirmation of the acting president to sign these documents. Similar petitions already have five positive decisions of the court of appeals in practice that have results: the president's signature with a serious delay still appeared in a hundred adopted laws by deputies of the Supreme Counci.
