Concessional lending program

The Supreme Council adopted the law "On state support of young families for the purchase of housing" in February 2020. Its goal is to provide housing for young specialists, thereby keeping them in our republic. The program of state subsidies for the purchase of housing for young professionals has already been launched. Applications are now accepted and processed. According to the deputies of the PMR Supreme Council, this program will motivate young people to stay in Pridnestrovie.

As a reminder, the amount of the subsidy depends on the number of children. Families without children will be eligible for a $ 10000 subsidy. If there is one child in the family, this will allow counting on support from the state in the amount of 12 thousand dollars. A family with two children or more will be able to get $ 14000 for the purchase of housing. This subsidy can be taken for 10 years, and according to the law "On personal income tax", income tax will not be charged on this income.

Andrei Safonov considers that government assistance in buying housing is just one of the steps to support specialists and keep them in the republic. Already during the training period, the future young specialist must understand that he can buy or build a house with the support of the state. Social guarantees allow enterprises to solve the problem of personnel shortages.

The program for concessional lending primarily involves state employees and young professionals under the age of 35.

Affordable Housing Presidential Program

In parallel to the concessional lending program, several more programs of a similar focus are being implemented. In particular, the Affordable Housing Presidential Program. It functions throughout the republic, while in those cities where there are long-term construction projects. First of all, all engineering networks are carried out in them. Some of these works are carried out within the framework of investment programs at the expense of the organizations themselves, the second - from the state budget at the expense of the Capital Investment Fund.

The Affordable Housing program involves young people who work in the public sector: doctors, teachers, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense. Seven houses have already been commissioned in the republic, now two more are being prepared for delivery - in Bendery and Grigoriopol. Protracted construction projects in Bendery, Rybnitsa and Dnestrovsk are next.

Municipal loan program

At the municipal level, young families are also provided with budget loans to buy housing.
