These social facilities are transferred to the PMR. The general contractor went bankrupt and did not pay the builders for the work done, the services provided and the materials supplied. This could be about $ 2 million and 10 affected firms. Their receivables are confirmed by court decisions of the PMR Arbitration Court. At the same time, companies also paid tax on the income to the republican budget, which so far have not received. Thus, their current assets were diverted.

The government offered to return entrepreneurs paid taxes in the form of their transfer to current payments to ease the financial situation of these construction companies, to minimize their losses. Total budget losses at the same time will amount to 364 thousand rubles.
