Deputy Gregory Dyachenko opined that adoption of the budget and anti-crisis measures should be the opening of the VI convocation:

"It is necessary to start the work of the newly elected deputies before the December 23 deadline set by the President. The main financial law for the next year is waiting for the adoption. It is also important to find additional financial resources to repay debts to state employees and retirees of wages and pensions. This question worries our citizens first of all. In this sphere the constructive work of the authorities should be carried out. Earlier, in adopting the draft budget 2015, at the plenary sessions of the Supreme Council the idea of ​​using part of the profits of state and municipal enterprises as the replenishment of the Republican treasure. However, it was not supported by the President. Today the Republic is experiencing a budget deficit. Transparency of cash flows is important against this background. After all, the state - is a large family where should ton be understatement. It is also necessary to monitor the expenditure of the funds. This is a task for the deputies of the new convocation".
