State awards on the eve of Republic Day

On September 1, on the eve of the Day of the Republic, the best citizens of Pridnestrovie in their industry and profession are traditionally honored. The ceremony of awarding state awards took place in the Small Hall of the Palace of the Republic. They were presented by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov and Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Rosenberg.

The PMR President addressed the guests. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that it is hard to live in conditions of non-recognition for 32 years, but even in these conditions, as the Pridnestrovian people existed, they still exist.

Orders and documents on awarding military special and honorary titles were solemnly presented to 83 Pridnestrovians. Among them there are public figures, civil servants, teachers, doctors, farmers, military personnel, militiamen, cultural and social workers.

Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov presented a certificate of conferment of the honorary title "Honored Lawyer of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" to Deputy Prime Minister Stanislav Kasap. He oversees issues of legal regulation and interaction with public authorities in the Government.
