State support for organizations that will repair agricultural machinery

The Supreme Council in the final reading adopted amendments to the law “On Organizational Income Tax” aimed at providing state support to organizations that will repair agricultural equipment. This is a new type of service for Pridnestrovie. Our agricultural firms are currently looking for specialized specialists in neighboring Moldova, and this is inconvenient and time-consuming. It was decided at the legislative level not to tax income received from the provision of repair services for agricultural machinery and agricultural equipment in order to provide an incentive for the development of both existing enterprises and the creation of new ones in this area. This support measure will become effective on January 1, 2025 upon the signing.

Agricultural enterprises for many years have had the opportunity to develop their production through preferential loans provided by the state, as the Supreme Council deputies noted. The state will provide support for the development of this type of service in Pridnestrovie, when the issue of maintenance and repair of modern agricultural machinery has arisen.
