According to him, we are talking about the participation of experts from higher education in the expert-analytical work on the legislative activities of the State Duma and the work associated with the Regulatory Impact Assessment.
According to Volodin, interaction with universities is the first stage of the complex expert support legislative initiatives. The next step will be the involvement of the expert work of representatives of trade unions, the business community to "representatives of the business community participated in drafting legislation related to the economy," said Volodin.
