The city of Bendery is 615

Dear residents of Bendery!

I congratulate you on the 615th anniversary of the city of Bendery on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

This holiday has become a good tradition, uniting people of different generations, for whom the city of Bendery was and remains their hometown, that special place where destinies and hopes of people intersect, culture, traditions of the past and present are united.

The history of Bendery is inextricably linked with the glorious past of our country, which includes years of struggle and victories. The ancient city remembers the glory of Russian weapons, the victories of generals Panin and Potemkin, the great Suvorov, confirming the inextricable centuries-old unity of the Pridnestrovian and Russian peoples. It remembers the time of selfless work and valiant achievements in various spheres of life.

Everything that the city is rich and glorious, that we are used to being proud of, is the merits of many generations of Bendery residents, who had a good tradition of doing everything to ensure that even in the most difficult conditions their city lived and developed at all times. The city celebrates today its next anniversary, preserving its unique appearance and beauty, with new successes and achievements of its citizens despite the difficulties of our time.

I am confident that through joint efforts the progressive dynamics of the comprehensive development of the city will be ensured on the basis of public consent and well-set priorities.

I sincerely wish prosperity to the city, and to all its residents – optimism, good health, good spirits and prosperity! Let children's laughter sound in every home, happiness and prosperity reign!
