The city of Bendery is 614

Dear residents Bendery!

I congratulate you on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf on the holiday – the 614th anniversary of the first annalistic mention of the city of Bendery!

Bendery is a city with rich, glorious history, city of military glory, unusually multifaceted thanks to its inhabitants – hardworking and talented, cheerful and purposeful.

Today's successes and achievements are the merit of the older generation, the first builders, who carried love and devotion to their city throughout their lives, shared joys and sorrows with it. Young residents worthily continue the traditions of their fathers and grandfathers: they work, raise children, and with their work create a reliable foundation for the further development of modern infrastructure, the construction of social and cultural facilities. Every year Bendery becomes more beautiful, more modern and more comfortable for residents and guests of the city.
