Dear Pridnestrovians!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic please receive my congratulations on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of our state!

September 2, 1990 - this is important historic event for all Pridnestrovians, the starting point of the Pridnestrovian statehood, based on the principles of independence, freedom and the rule of law.

Over the years, our republic has passed a long and difficult path of reform and renewal, hardship and suffered victories. Political, economic and spiritual spheres of public life have undergone radical changes. Difficulties of the traveled path have made us stronger, wiser, more responsible, more confident in abilities.

You have proved to the world the vitality of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, confirmed their right and the right of our descendants to live freely and happily in their native land by selfless struggle for independence, persistent creative work.

Staying true to the ideals, despite the difficulties, dear Pridnestrovians, on your own and hard work make every effort to develop and improve all areas of society, to strengthen peace and harmony.

Today, on the eve of the anniversary of our republic, Pridnestrovie again faces tests - the economic crisis, the decline in production, the decline in business activity. The Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic paid close attention to the development of adequate and effective mechanisms to minimize the crisis and make every effort to improve the welfare of citizens.

Congratulations to you, dear compatriots! I wish you peace, good health, happiness and confidence in the future! Let this festive day, you will not leave a good mood and good luck!
