“The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction meeting was held on the eve of the plenary session. Lawmakers discussed the main topics of the upcoming consideration: the project of the republican budget - 2016, anti-crisis law-in-draft submitted by the President, answers to parliamentary inquiries.

According to the head of the faction Peter Pasat, due to the fact that the draft budget received yesterday 16 amendments, it was decided at the relevant committee meeting yesterday to return to the second reading of the project of the main financial document of the year. One of the amendments proposed to grant to the government the right to use the loan to pay off the debt to the public sector employees. Leadership of the company "Sheriff" expressed willingness to provide funding in the form of a loan. It amounts up to 300 million rubles. Let’s remember last year pensioners and state employees did not receive pensions and salaries in full. In other words, the state credited the population. Deputies suppose that it is time to satisfy the debt of public sector employees, and a real opportunity for this appeared. Deputies intend to consider in the third reading the draft of the republican budget in plenary April 6.

The subject of the deputies consideration will also be initiated by the president aimed at reducing the negative impact of socio-economic crisis. This is a question of carrying out the construction and financial amnesty, the state regulation of prices. Generally supporting the law-in-draft, members of “The Obnovlenie”, however, expressed a number of observations concerning, in particular, the state regulation of prices for socially important goods, repatriation arrangements in the republic of foreign currency, implementation of amnesty.

Members of the faction also intend to take an active part in the discussion on the responses of deputy inquiries to various authorities.
