They discussed in the course of the meeting the profile issues affecting the defenders of our state and the activities of organizations representing their interests, the presidential press service reported. For example, it was proposed to install memorial plaques on the houses and on the buildings of schools where the deceased defenders once lived and studied. This idea has already been implemented by residents of Rybnitsa. They also discussed the installation of monuments on the graves of the deceased combatants, who by the end of their lives turned out to be lonely. They came to the conclusion that money for the implementation of this project will be allocated from the state budget. Memorial plaques will be installed in specially designated areas of cemeteries. There is already such an alley in Bendery, at the Borisov cemetery. Work in this direction continues.
In addition, they discussed political, economic and social issues affecting all Pridnestrovians. It was noted that over the past three years, 220 kilometers of Pridnestrovian roads have been illuminated. This year, more than 3 million rubles have been allocated to provide streets with artificial lighting. They also touched upon the topic of water supply.
