The Head of the Dubossary State Administration summed up the results of the year

The report on the work of the head of the Dubossary district was presented today by the Head of State Administration Ruslan Chaban to the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov and parliamentarians from the district Oleg Bayev and Boris German in the format of a videoconference. He highlighted in his report the main aspects of the life of Dubossary district and Dubossary in the past 2022.

According to the report, the priority activities of the Dubossary state administration continue to be the implementation of state and municipal targeted programs aimed at socio-economic development, improvement of the city and villages of the region, improvement of living conditions and targeted support for certain categories of citizens, creating conditions for maximum satisfaction of the needs of the population.

A major overhaul was carried out in kindergarten No. 12 "Stelutsa" in the amount of 6312373 rubles as part of the program of the Capital Investment Fund. The roof and drainage system, sports and assembly halls were repaired, window and door blocks were replaced. A major overhaul was also carried out in kindergarten No. 5 "Lastochka" (Swallow) in the amount of 130000 rubles. They installed a new hipped roof made of corrugated board and new shade canopies, installed a drainage system, built a warm veranda of the building, where nursery groups are located. Funds were allocated for the improvement of the territories of kindergarten No. 13 "Rainbow" and the Child Development Center "Golden Cockerel". 400000 rubles from the Fund went to the overhaul of a sports center for people with special needs. The second stage of construction of the Energetikov Park was completed in 2022. There was a summer stage and a playground.

There are two constituencies of deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on the territory of the Dubossary district – constituency No. 10 "Northern", in which Oleg Bayev is a Deputy, and constituency No. 11 "Central", in which Boris German is a Deputy. Work was carried out to install sidewalk paths along apartment buildings, to repair the premises of educational, cultural and sports institutions, and various computer equipment was purchased as part of the implementation of the State program of orders of voters of deputies of the Supreme Council of the PMR, in the territory of the Dubossary district and the city of Dubossary in 2022.

The roof of the building of the children youth sports school of the Olympic reserve rowing was repaired AT the expense of the local budget in 2022. The heating system was already repaired there, windows and doors were replaced earlier, in 2020 and 2021. Windows were replaced and the corridor and offices in the Public Education Department building were repaired last year. The building is over 100 years old. Once there was the first school, then a vocational school. The building was equipped with a hospital during the Great Patriotic War. Major repairs are planned to be carried out in stages. Attention will be paid in the future to the facade, repair of the blind area and restoration of the entrance groups.

Ruslan Chaban spoke in detail about the construction of roads in the region. Dubossary is the leader in the republic in the construction of concrete roads. 5 new sections of concrete roads with an area of 17000 square meters were built in the city and district in 2022.

Five young families were provided with soft loans to purchase housing in 2022. Two orphans and two defenders of Pridnestrovie received their own housing within the framework of state target programs operating in Pridnestrovie.

The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky assessed the work of the Dubossary State Administration in 2022 as satisfactory after listening to the report. The President recommended paying more attention this year to the development of villages in Dubossary district, as well as to the problem of the removal of solid domestic waste and the organization of passenger transportation. The President instructed the Government to provide methodological assistance to the Dubossary State Administration.
