Where is the way out?

21.01.2015

Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council decided to gather the next plenary session of Parliament on January 28. Legal provisions, vetoed by the President will be the central questions. It is primarily a question of law on the national budget and the budget of the Social Insurance Fund for 2015 and the planning period 2016-2017. The issues on overcoming the president's veto on the provisions of the law “On Customs Rate” and the Labour Code will be included along with this, to the agenda of the forthcoming plenary session.

On the eve of the session of Presidium of the Supreme Council, the Committee on small and medium business and industry discussed unsigned and aimed at re-examination of the Law “On Amendments to the Law “On Customs Tariff” by the legislature of the Republic.

Let’s remember that the relevant law was adopted and sent by deputies to the President for signature 24 December 2014, although the members of the responsible committee did not recommend colleagues to do it. President's veto led to the fact that there is import to PMR of car older than 10 years prohibition from 1 January 2015.

The vice-speaker, head of the Committee on Social Policy Sergey Cheban told about the necessity to find a civilized way out of this difficult situation.

The fate of special vehicles and buses older than 10 years should be the subject of conciliation, if they are launched. Executives of the Union of Industrialists Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie paid special attention to this issue in the course of the meeting of the relevant committee of the Supreme Council.
