Galina Antyufeeva, "It is important to strengthen the status of the Supreme Council"

Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, Chairman of the Committee on Legislation and the Committee on Foreign Policy and International Relations Galina Antyufeeva indicated work plans, "Professional Deputies, people who have experience in law enforcement, in the Joint Control Commission came to the Supreme Council. Changes to existing legislation will be introduced in the framework of harmonization with the Russian, they can also be related to the conduct of our foreign policy. The staff of the joint committee on legislation, law enforcement, defense, security, peacekeeping, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens - is professional. With regard to foreign policy, according to the Constitution of PMR the President is responsible for its formation. The deputies have not taken part in it for the past five years, as before. It is therefore important to strengthen the status of the Supreme Council. I consider it necessary to establish close relationships with colleagues - members of parliament of the Russian Federation, Moldova and Ukraine, possibly at the level of parliamentary committees. It is very important. We should help to ensure that good neighborly relations, at least, to satisfy the already signed agreements, arrangements. Their realization is necessary that  Pridnestrovians obtain freedom of movement and Pridnestrovian documents recognized by other states".
