Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted last Wednesday the decisions aimed at preserving the life and health of Pridnestrovians. The parliament supported the proposal of the PMR President to extend quarantine restrictions in the republic until May 15. Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva noted that such a decision was made in connection with a difficult epidemiological situation.

The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament highly appreciated the work of the Ministry of Health, medical institutions of the republic, doctors who work at the limit of their capabilities in the fight against the pandemic.

Galina Antyufeyeva emphasized that Russia has always provided assistance and assistance to Pridnestrovie in the difficult situation. The deputies sent an appeal to Vladimir Putin on behalf of city and regional councils, public organizations. The issue of delivery of the Russian vaccine was also raised during the visit of the Pridnestrovian delegation to Moscow. The Vice Speaker of the Parliament noted the need to do everything possible to stop the pandemic. One of the most effective ways to keep people healthy is vaccination. There have been good results in the fight against coronavirus in those states that use the vaccine, added the Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Council.
