The PMR Prosecutor's Office celebrates the 30th anniversary of its foundation today. The prosecutor's office came under the jurisdiction of the PMR 2 days after proclamation of our state. Today, at the solemn meeting, the events of 30 years ago were remembered and the veterans were honored. They were presented with the badge "30 years of the PMR Prosecutor's Office", the badge "Veteran of the PMR Prosecutor's Office", a gift set and a book about the history of the department. By the decree of the PMR President, the veteran of the PMR prosecutor's office Andrei Dolta was awarded the class rank of the state adviser of justice of the 3rd class.
According to the Prosecutor of the Republic Anatoly Guretsky, the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the PMR became possible thanks to joint efforts and common struggle, despite difficulties and obstacles.
In honor of the 30th anniversary of the formation of the PMR Prosecutor's Office, several people, including the first President of the PMR Igor Smirnov, were awarded the title of honorary worker of the Prosecutor's Office. The most distinguished acting employees of the Pridnestrovian prosecutor's office were awarded state and departmental awards.
