Galina Antyufeeva, "There are many obstacles and we can overcome it only together"

Deputies of the Supreme Council continue to meet with leadership of cities and districts. Parliamentarians have already held meetings in Bendery, Slobodzeya and Dubossary. Today the current social and economic situation in Grigoriopol and Grigoriopol district was discussed with the head of the local state administration Oleg Gabuzha, chairman of the Council of People's Deputies Andrei Kovtun, heads of village administrations also took part in the dialogue. The Supreme Council was represented at the meeting by the Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeeva, deputies Pyotr Pasat and their parliamentary colleague, representing the interests of the residents of Grigoriopol and Grigoriopol district in the legislative body, Oleg Leontiev. Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeeva emphasized that the main purpose of such meetings, which are held on behalf of Speaker Alexander Shcherba, is the consolidation of all branches of power.

Deputy Oleg Leontiev briefed the meeting participants on the results of the last trip of the delegation of the Supreme Council headed by speaker Alexander Shcherba to Moscow.

The social and economic situation in Grigoriopol and Grigoriopol district was described by the head of the local state administration Oleg Gabuzha. He referred to the main problems of the region a high level of unemployment, a large number of stray dogs. Elimination of spontaneous landfills is an acute problem.

The problem, exciting for the heads of rural administrations, is their lack of authority, due to which it would be possible to solve problems on the ground.

The next meeting will be held this Thursday. Deputies of the Supreme Council plan to meet with leadership of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa district.
