The Government in the course of the meeting will present reports on the implementation of a number of state targeted programs in the republic related to immunization of the population, oncology, HIV / AIDS prevention, and tuberculosis prevention. Members of the faction, based on data from the Ministry of Health on the incidence of tuberculosis, noted an improvement in the situation. The state pays special attention to healthcare facilities. Work continues on the capital investment program. In early June, after the reconstruction, a catering unit and a laundry room were opened at the Republican Tuberculosis Hospital in Bendery. Near the hospital is an unfinished ANO "Eurasian Integration" building. The plans are to complete the facility, hospital patients will be moved there. They plan to forcibly treat tuberculosis patients in the current building. It was noted at the meeting of the faction that the object required considerable investments. The plans are to include it in the capital investment program for next year.

There is law-in-draft on the provision of benefits and guarantees in the form of preferential prosthetics included to the agenda. In practice, the situation has arisen that in the state dental clinics there is an annual turn of privileged categories of citizens for dental prosthetics, and this service is provided no more than once every 5 years. Deputies support the establishment of this deadline at the legislative level.

Another social initiative concerns the employment of persons with disabilities in the first and second groups. They will have the opportunity to register with the employment center. Now only disabled people of the third group can work. The center’s specialists will be able to help people with disabilities find a job and create conditions for adaptation at the workplace. According to the deputies, the proposed amendments to the laws on social protection of persons with disabilities and on employment will be able to increase the degree of protection for people with disabilities.

Concluding the meeting, the Head of the faction, Deputy of the Supreme Council Petr Pasat aimed his colleagues at productive work. The last plenary meeting of the spring-summer session of the Supreme Council will be held on July 22.
