By tradition, on the eve of the plenary session, members of “The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction held their plenary session. In its course, the issues on the agenda of today's and subsequent sessions of the Supreme Council were considered. Today, the deputy corps intends to adopt the law "On the republican budget for 2017" in the third and final reading. The head of the Committee of the Supreme Council on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Alexander Korshunov delivered information on the preparation of this document to colleagues.
Within the framework of the meeting, members of “The Obnovlenie” factions expressed their opinion regarding certain provisions of the law "On road safety". The subject of discussion was, for example, the rule on the possibility of stopping a taxi for enter / exit passengers at the signs "stop is prohibited", as well as at public transport stations, but on condition that the car does not interfere with other transport.
Discussions unfolded in relation to holders of driving licenses issued in other states, which expired. They argued on the issue of compulsion for their holders to take exams again. The final decision will be taken during the plenary session.
Participants discussed the law enforcement practice of the law on compulsory motor TPL insurance, introduced May 10 of this year and, in particular, the extension of Pridnestrovian insurance policy to the territory of Moldova during the meeting of the "Obnovlenie" faction. As it turned out, insurance companies of the republic that received a license for car insurance initially pointed out that the policy is valid only on the territory of PMR. At present, the situation has been corrected by issuing an order of the Ministry of Finance June 15, 2017 "On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of PMR March 6, 2017 No. 27 "On Approval of the Standard Form of the Insurance Policy OSAGO".
