The Fractional Discussion

Deputies of “The Obnovlenie” faction discussed some issues on the agenda of the forthcoming plenary session. The most important of them - was the project of the republican budget for the current year to be considered in the second reading. According to the head of Economic Policy Committee, Alexander Martynov, 70 amendments will be presented for adoption. Discussion of such proposals relevant committee according to the deputy will be debatable, as a decrease in funding SE "PGTRK" exception for the current year 100% premium to the salaries of employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is also about prolongation of agro development bank debt before PRB in the amount of 74 million rubles. Colleagues’ opinion was supported by deputies of the faction. Members of “The Obnovlenie” agreed with the amendments of the profile committee. The basis for this decision – is the search for sources of funds to repay existing debt over the past year on the sector wages, as well as for continuous payment of salaries and pensions this year.

It is planned to consider the law-in-draft of Galina Antyufeeva to amend the Constitution in the course of the forthcoming plenary session in the second reading. Vice Speaker proposed to allow the judges of the Constitutional Court to hold office until 65 years. Deputies of “The Obnovlenie” faction decided to support the relevant amendments to the law-in-draft to be adopted in the second reading.
