On the eve of the plenary meeting of the members of “The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction a number of draft laws was discussed by deputies. As previously reported, June 1, the Supreme Council meeting will start at 12:00, as many deputies attend in the constituencies festive events dedicated to International Children's Day.
More than 30 different draft laws are considered tomorrow for consideration. Among them – there are amendments to the Constitutional Law "On status of deputy," and the law "On the Rules of the Supreme Council of PMR", prescribing the procedure for the hearing at the plenary session of the response to the deputy inquiry. A block of legislation regulating the legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in PMR, the order of entry and exit from the republic, the migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons, the right of citizens to freedom of movement, choice of place of residence within Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is also prepared for consideration in the first reading.
In addition, lawmakers are going to hear the answers to two parliamentary inquiries. First - Anton Onufrienko on the provision of information on the results of the audit of financial and economic activity of municipal unitary enterprise "Bendery factory of soft drinks" for the years 2014 and 2015. The second inquiry was prepared by deputy Igor Buga, which raised the question of the legality of the Decree of the President of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on August 31, 2012 № 566 regarding the reorganization of state-owned media.
