The most pressing problems for Blizhniy Khutor and Parkany as well as for other villages of the republic are the lack of street lighting and poor roads. Money from the Fund for the Execution of Voters' Instructions is allocated every year for the broken asphalt repair and the lanterns installation in these villages, said Deputy of the Supreme Council for constituency No. 24 "Parkansky" Vladimir Timofeev. He was elected as a deputy for this district on March 31, 2024 and continued the work of his predecessor on the improvement of the villages of Blizhniy Khutor and Parkany. 42 lamps will be installed on three sections of roads along Serbskaya and Tiraspolskaya streets by the end of the week. All of them are LED, which means they are safe for the population and less energy-consuming. The section along Mira Street will be illuminated, where minibus Number 11 turns to the stop on Serbskaya and takes people to Tiraspol and back. The streets will now be illuminated at night. Residents say that the lamps in Serbskaya have not been lit for about 10 years. This is not the only street in Blizhny Khutor with a similar problem.
The problem with lighting will continue to be solved in Blizhny Khutor including at the expense of the Fund for the Execution of Voters' Instructions. The roads will be repaired. One of the broken sections of the road in the village of Parkany is planned to be repaired with money from the deputy program this year; an estimate of expenses is currently being drawn up.
There are many problems in the villages, the state cannot help everyone at once due to insufficient funds in the budget. The problems of villagers are being solved step by step through the deputy program, which is financed annually for the districts of the Supreme Council deputies, and the list of needs is gradually being reduced. Vladimir Timofeev holds citizen receptions in the village of Blizhniy Khutor in the House of Culture, and in Parkany in the village administration building. Detailed information is posted on the Supreme Council website in the "Deputies" section and in the "Contact Deputies" section, where phone numbers are listed where people can call and leave your order to the deputy.
