In anticipation of the quarter-century anniversary of Pridnestrovian parliamentary the President gave an interview to the press service of the Supreme Council. Yevgeny Shevchuk headed the legislature of the republic from December 2005 to July 2009. It was that time when deputies adopted a resolution, according to which the day of Supreme Council was established. It is November 29. This day in 1990 the first session of the Supreme Council of the first convocation was held.
