The latest issue of the official organ of the Supreme Council - the newspaper "The Councils of the People" was printed. The issue №6 absorbed publication, reflecting concerns of citizens of the republic. As before, the most important theme is the search for ways out of economic crisis. Deputies have their own vision in this respect. It is implemented in the law-in-draft "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of PMR". Deputies of the Parliamentary Committee for Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Alexander Korshunov and Peter Pasat were the authors. The publication of anti-crisis theme "Confronting the crisis" contains the story about the progress and content of the two round tables with participation of heads of large industrial enterprises, representatives of small and medium businesses, as well as meetings of the responsible committee of the Supreme Council, which discussed the numerous amendments to the law-in-draft under consideration in the second reading.

The theme of international cooperation of Pridnestrovian parliamentarians, first of all, with the Russian colleagues is reflected in the front-page article "The Support of Russia". It is dedicated to the course of the visit to Moscow, meeting at the State Duma, the Federation Council, the Presidential Administration by the Parliament Speaker Mikhail Burla and the chairman of “The Obnovlenie” faction Peter Pasat.

Under the heading "From the First Person" Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla speaks on the most pressing issues of the moment - the anti-crisis measures, necessity of negotiations, Russia's role in the development of our economy, interaction legislature of PMR and Russia, the importance of the state program of strategic planning.

In the June issue of the parliamentary newspaper "The Councils of the People”, we publish decree of the Supreme Council regarding the amnesty procedure and its application. This humane act adopted by the deputies to mark the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory and the 25th anniversary of PMR. Amnesty – is a chance for defaulting back to normal life, without any conflict with the law.

Direct, face-to-wall dialogue with voters, the perception of their views and aspirations form the basis of legislative activity of parliament. Thanks to meetings with voters, conducting the reception of citizens on personal matters, deputies are always aware of things and everyday life. The voters expect from them to provide specific, sometimes emergency. Elected officials are doing everything in their power to meet the everyday needs of citizens to improve their lives.

By tradition, the first summer edition of the parliamentary newspaper "The Councils of the People" concludes the publication of the list of deputies anniversaries that will celebrate birthday in July.
