Electronic exchange of information

The work of state authorities continues on the introduction of electronic data exchange and remote communication of citizens in Pridnestrovie. Today, the Supreme Council adopted amendments to the law "On the state civil service of the PMR" in two readings at once. The state information system in the sphere of civil service will be introduced.

The norm will come into force on January 1, 2023. The adopted law-in-draft was sent for signature to the PMR President.

The deputies supported in two readings the amendments to the law "On state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it." Pridnestrovians will be able to apply to the registration Chamber remotely to register the right to real estate. The law-in-draft has been sent for signature to the PMR President.

Amendments that enable interested parties to submit applications and documents to the judicial authorities in electronic form have been adopted in the first reading today.

A statement of claim or complaint can be filed in paper form, just like today. People will have the right to choose a more convenient way of interacting with the courts.

The Committee on Legislation will continue to work on amendments for the adoption of the law-in-draft in the second reading.
