The Experiment in Tax Administration

The law-in-draft "On conducting tax experiment in the digitalization of office work and administration of the activities of individual entrepreneurs in the PMR in 2021" proposes to simplify the interaction of individual entrepreneurs with tax authorities. All information about the entrepreneur and the conditions of his activities will be contained in an individual electronic document.

The experiment will use the entrepreneur's QR code. It will be possible to obtain information about the individual entrepreneur when scanning it. A tax payment card will also be used, which will make it possible to pay taxes online. The new interaction system will allow individual entrepreneurs to deduct tax payments and notify tax authorities about it in real time. The experiment will be carried out on a voluntary basis, and individual entrepreneurs who express such a desire will be able to take part in it.

The Supreme Council adopted the law-in-draft in the final reading. The tax experiment will begin after the signing of the law by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
