The Excursion - is a Gift to Medical Workers

Deputies of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva and Ilona Tyuryaeva congratulated

Medical staff of two medical facilities - Republican Center of mother and child center "Medin" on celebrates on Sunday the day of medical worker. A gift of parliamentarians to physicians for professional holiday was a trip to the Holy Ascension New-Neamt (Kitskany) Orthodox monastery.

Father Herman, a guide, told visitors about the life of the monastery, recently celebrated 150 years of his history, has shown monastery ensemble, which consists of the Holy Ascension Cathedral, Church of the Assumption, St. Nicholas and Holy Cross churches. As part of the excursion the physicians were invited to the monastery meal.

The participants thanked the organizers of the tour for the opportunity to learn about the attractions of native land, to escape from everyday worries and routine work, immerse in the contemplation of beauty, wonder about the true values. Many of them admitted that while living in Pridnestrovie for many years, first met so close to the monastery - a pearl of architecture and spiritual life of the region.

Galina Antyufeeva noted that the excursions to historical and reserved places of the republic are organized with the support of the Chairman of the Supreme Council Vadim Krasnoselsky.
