The Effective Work after Thirty Years

Major budget revenue generating enterprise, the largest exporter of Pridnestrovie, and hence the provider of currency, the pride of the republic – it is all the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant. It surely found its niche in the world market and the steel industry for the past three decades, holds a leading position in many spheres. The plant has consistently and successfully focuses its products on the ever-growing international requirements. The enterprise has been in difficult economic conditions for more than forty years. It is becoming increasingly difficult to overcome obstacles that arise on the way of steel stream from the heart of workshops of the flagship of Rybnik industry.

The enterprise construction was announced as the All-Union building in early 1980. A few years later the first steel was received, and in early 1985 Moldavian Metallurgical Plant was commissioned. It consists of two main workshops - EF and Rolling. Anatoly Belitchenko, deputy of the Supreme Council of 4 convocations was at the root of the formation of the company. In 1985 he was appointed director of the plant. He currently holds the post of President of Moldavian Metallurgical Plant. The company sought to new heights and global recognition under his guidance. Particular attention was paid to the quality of products, renovation in the workshops were regularly carried out.

Three decades ago, few could have predicted that Moldova Steel Works will take the top line in the list of donors to the local budget. Moldavian Metallurgical Plant never left with these positions. Today - it is almost every sixth ruble in the national budget.

Honored employees were awarded state awards during the celebration of the anniversary. People's Artist of Russia Lev Leshchenko shared the joy of celebration with metallurgists of Rybnitsa. Despite a long career, the singer knows firsthand about the everyday life of the factory: after school he worked as maintenance fitter in a factory of precision instruments. According to the artist, working team was a second family for him.
