Dear residents and guests of Dubossary!

I congratulate you on the 661st anniversary of the founding of the city of Dubossary on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

The city meets its next date full of strength and energy, with new successes and achievements, carefully preserving traditions, implementing plans for economic development, promising programs and projects.

Dubossary change its appearance, improve. City streets, squares and parks, sports grounds have noticeably changed, they have become more modern, beautiful and comfortable.

I express huge gratitude to everyone who, with their work, talent, energy, makes a worthy contribution to strengthening the material and intellectual potential of Dubossary. I am sure that the future of the oldest city in the republic is a developed economy and social sphere, preserved history and vibrant culture, educated and benevolent citizens.

With all my heart I wish all residents of the city health, happiness, optimism, stability and confidence in the future, good luck in business and implementation of the plans.
