The Additional Social Guarantees for Military Personnel

Military personnel who donate blood will be entitled to additional day of rest. The Supreme Council in the final reading adopted amendments to a number of legislative acts of the PMR. Military personnel did not have such a right until now, that placed them in unequal conditions in comparison with other categories of donors. In addition, the amendments to the laws are aimed at increasing the number of donors among the military.

In addition, the adoption of the new norm of the law will increase the total number of donors in the republic in the opinion of the deputies of the Supreme Council. This, in turn, will contribute to better meeting the needs of medical institutions for donated blood.
