Additions to the Plenary Session Agenda

02.02.2021

The Supreme Council Presidium agreed on the agenda for the next plenary sessions. A large list of legislations concerns the possibility of submitting documents to state institutions in electronic form. These are draft laws in particular with amendments to the laws "On individual (personified) registration in the state pension insurance system" and "On licensing of certain types of activities". The draft law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the PMR" proposes to give the courts the right to issue executive documents in electronic form. Changes will need to be made to the Criminal Procedure Code, the Civil Procedure Code, the Arbitration Procedure Code, the Code of Administrative Offenses and the Law on Enforcement Proceedings in the event that the Supreme Council supports this legislative initiative.

Access to Government services was difficult in the context of the pandemic. It became necessary to provide such an opportunity through information and telecommunication networks, including the global Internet in this regard. All these legislations have been prepared for consideration in the first reading.

In addition, the deputy corps will consider amendments to the Law "On Education" in the course of one of the next plenary sessions. The law-in-draft defines the legal features of the implementation of educational programs in the sphere of physical culture and sports. Changes to the legislation had to be made, since the Olympic Reserve School was opened in our republic. In this regard, it is also proposed to amend the Law "On Physical Culture and Sports in the PMR". This document will be supplemented with the concepts of "state standard of sports training", "sports training program", "sports training", "training process". Both legislations will be considered by the Supreme Council in the first reading.
