The next plenary session of the Supreme Council is scheduled for tomorrow - September 29. It will take place as usual in the plenary hall. A large package of legislations for consideration in the second reading was prepared by the Committee on Legislation, Law Enforcement Agencies, Defense, Security, Peacekeeping Activities, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens. The deputy corps will have to make decisions on legislations with additions and amendments to the laws “On the State Tax Service of the PMR”, “On the Militia”, “On the Investigative Committee of the PMR” and “On Bailiffs”.
The Supreme Council will vote at the upcoming plenary session on the draft resolutions "On the Day of the Establishment of the Institution of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the PMR" and "On the Day of the Establishment of the Accounts Chamber of the PMR". Draft resolutions are proposed to officially establish memorable days of the founding of these state institutions. In addition, the Parliament will have to make a number of organizational decisions tomorrow.
