The agenda for the next plenary meeting has been extended

Regular plenary meeting of the parliament is scheduled for the 26th of June, this decision was made by the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the course of the meeting held today. 

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance prepared a block of relevant issues, which it proposed to submit for early consideration by the deputy corps at the next plenary meeting – the 13th of June. The committee prepared draft resolutions on the approval of the reports of the Pridnestrovian Republican Bank for 2023 and on the implementation of the state program of denationalization and privatization in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2022-2023 for the entire period of action.

The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov will present a report on the activities of the Supreme Council for 2023 this week, at the plenary meeting of Parliament. The draft resolution was prepared by the specialized Committee on Legislation, Law Enforcement, Defense, Security, Peacekeeping, and Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens.

The Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Public Associations, Sports, Information and Youth Policy added a large block of issues to the agenda. Amendments to the laws “On Education”, “On Preschool Education”, “On the Unified State Register of Immovable Objects of Cultural Heritage of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” are among the main topics. The deputy corps will hear reports on the implementation of the “Development Strategy of the Pridnestrovian State University named after Taras Shevchenko for the period 2019–2023" state target program and on the implementation in 2023 of the "Textbook" for 2022–2026" state program.

The legislations prepared for consideration at the plenary session by the parliamentary Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex and the Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens were submitted on June 26.
