Debtors will be deprived of Driving License

In case of the adoption the document will come into force from January 15, 2016. It deals with individuals and individual entrepreneurs. Under the law, the bailiff - executive will be entitled to order the temporary restrictions on driving, air, sea or river vessel, if the debtor without good reason, failed to pay child support, do not compensate for the damage caused to health, damage to property or moral damage compensation survivor or administrative penalties. According to one of the authors of the initiative, the first deputy chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction Vyacheslav Lysakov, exceptions are provided.

Administrative liability in the form of compulsory work for up to 50 hours or disqualification for up to 1 year is introduced for violation of the debtor temporary restrictions on driving.
