Members of the Presidium reviewed legislations, submitted for consideration by regular sessions. The dates are determined. This is the 14th and 28th of March. There is a law-in-draft that introduces amendments and additions to the law "On the treatment of citizens" in the list of documents. The amendments propose to consolidate the right of legal entities, including associations of citizens, to appeal to state authorities and officials at the legislative level. Having considered the law-in-draft, the responsible committee prepared a table of amendments for the second reading. It contains 39 amendments.
Tomorrow, during the plenary meeting, the deputy corps will have to consider a package of legislations regulating the activities of non-profit organizations in the third reading. The day before they were discussed by members of the profile committee and recommended to adopt the documents in the third and final reading. According to Igor Bugi, head of the Committee on Public Associations, Sports, Information and Youth Policy, the legislations define the framework and rules for the relationship between the state and NGOs, clearly define what is relevant to political activity and which organizations are socially oriented.
Legislators at tomorrow's meeting, will have to consider a package of legislations regulating state support for investment activities. The legislations have been developed by the government in order to ensure attracting investment in the economy of Pridnestrovie. Legal, organizational and economic bases of investment activity are determined. Guarantees for investors are prescribed. Among them there is reduction of the taxable base for corporate income tax, establishment of preferential rates of unified social tax, establishment of benefits for payment for land, income tax from individuals, provision of investment subsidies, and several others.
According to the head of the parliamentary committee, the legislations provide unprecedented benefits and guarantees to investors. For example, for investment priority projects in case of the creation of new industries and organizations with an investment volume of more than 500,000 euros, exemption from corporate income tax for 10 years is provided.
The responsible committee, having considered a package of government legislations, recommended its colleagues in the deputy corps to adopt it in the first reading.
