The Long Term Program

The long-term capital construction program will operate in Pridnestrovie from this year. The objects that the state planned to build or repair were included in the program of the Capital Investment Fund when considering the budget for the next year previously.

One of the proposals of the relevant committee was that the objects, which were started this year, but were not completed, continue to be financed next year. New objects should not be included in the program if there are incomplete ones.

The program includes work on adapting the urban environment to the needs of low-mobility groups of the population, including the arrangement of ramps, determining the routes of movement of people with disabilities in urban areas of public access, the ability to access all necessary public areas, buildings, structures. The implementation of the program involves the creation of new jobs in the construction industry and an increase in employment of the population in the construction industry.

The program is very voluminous, it contains hundreds of objects, the amounts for our state are very large. 1 billion 866 million rubles will be allocated for the program for the next 6 years, approximately 300-400 million rubles a year.

Every year the republican budget will be adopted, the budget has a section “Capital investment fund”. A fund will be formed from this program. Those long-term facilities that have already been included, where work is in progress, where funding is in progress, will not stop. The Supreme Council adopted the draft comprehensive state target program for capital investments and capital repairs for 2021–2026 in the first reading.
