The long-awaited initiative was signed and officially published

June 23 signed by the President and officially published the law "On Making Amendments and Addendum to the Law of PMR "On the individual entrepreneur patent". The initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky is aimed at improving the system of taxation of individual entrepreneurs operating in our republic.

The new law allows individual entrepreneurs to operate local patent within one administrative-territorial unit, but without reference to the place of residence.

Today, individual entrepreneurial patent is valid only at the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur. Citizens wishing to operate in the another city or region in which they live, have to buy an expensive Republican patent entitling to work throughout the republic. Signed yesterday law allows us to solve the urgent problem.

July 1, 2016 a person wishing to obtain a patent shall submit an application to the territorial tax inspectorate at the place of residence, indicating administrative and territorial unit, which plans to carry out activities. In order not to disturb the balance of the proceeds to local governments it was decided to charge a fee for a patent according to the rates established by the Council of People's Deputies of the city or area in which the entrepreneur intends to operate.
