Decisions regarding registration refuse of the candidates are currently undergoing judicial review. A final list of candidates will be known according to result of decisions taken by the courts.

The head of the CEC highlighted the incident that took place on October 31 in Sucleia. She described it as unprecedented. Stealing documents and property from the premises of the election commission inflicted some damage to the electoral process, the work of the commission, but it does not lead to the disruption of elections in the district №29, said the head of the Central Election Commission. Lost documents are recovered. So the process of voting in this district, as well as others, will take place normally, despite someone's attempt to prevent it.

The head of the CEC did not hide the fact that there are gaps in the work of election commissions, citing as a negative example the failure of the election commission in Tiraspol receiving promotional materials from one of the candidates, referring to employment. Elena Gorodetskaya called such cases unacceptable for the electoral process.

The Electoral commissions have to work in a more intense mode and fast pace during the remaining three weeks before the election. This is due, including the fact that the territorial election commissions are also as the district for elections to local representative bodies, respectively, and the members’ load increases. In the near future they will also have to agree on and approve the content of ballots ordered their production, control the process of campaigning in their jurisdictions, to hold sessions with members of the precinct election commissions.
