Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted in the first reading the law-in-draft that allows Pridnestrovians applying to the Constitutional Court not only in writing, but also using an electronic document signed with an electronic signature. A special form can be filled out on the official website in the section for submitting electronic documents. The purpose of the law-in-draft is to ensure the convenience of citizens applying to the Constitutional Court. The procedure for filing and registering electronic applications will be spelled out. The Committee on Legislation will prepare law-in-draft on amending the Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Court of the PMR" for consideration in the second reading. It is necessary in the opinion of the Committee to clarify the types of electronic signatures that will be permissible for use when signing petitions sent in electronic form.

The work of the governing bodies is being improved taking into account the realities of the time today. The legislation regulates the possibility of using a remote method of appeal. For example, applications for state registration of the birth of a child, marriage, adoption of a child and others can be sent in electronic form through the Portal of Public Services thanks to the adopted amendments to the law "On acts of civil status". You can request remotely the issuance of a repeated certificate of state registration of the civil status act. It is now possible to apply to a state authority, local government or an official not only in writing and orally, but also through electronic appeal. Corresponding changes were made to the law "On appeals of citizens and legal entities, as well as public associations".
