Deputies considered amendments to the law "On acts of civil status". The author - parliamentarian Oleg Petrik - offered to provide information about acts of civil status and communication operators. Today, such information is received only by the organization that performs calculations for housing and provided to consumers communal services.

The relevant amendments were adopted during the plenary session in the first reading.

Another legislative initiative, adopted by the deputies in the first reading concerns the support of graduate students. The developers of amendments to the law "On Universal Military Duty and Military Service" were a group of deputies of the Committee on Legislation. The authors proposed, by analogy with the legislation of the Russian Federation, to provide a deferment for military service for citizens receiving post-graduate education, including for the time of defending a thesis.

The right to receive a deferment will have graduate students enrolled in both state and non-state educational organizations.
