According to the initiative of the Supreme Council deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky it was planned to introduce a norm to legislative framework of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, according to which the land to large families will be allocated on a priority basis. Both in rural areas and in cities. This legislative provision is valid in all regions of Russia, and has established itself on the positive side.
The Supreme Council earlier adopted a law "On some additional government measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors". The term prescribed therein so-called building amnesty was limited this year. A question regarding how and from what sources it is necessary to finance the maintenance and repair of the so-called driveways that norms of the Housing Code refer to the local area turned out to be debatable. The absolute response was - from the local budget. It is the same in all jurisdictions in short supply, this means that the money for transportation are absent. Therefore, proposals for the use of the funds of the Road Fund are heard increasingly. However, it is objectionable to residents of rural areas, as well as the deputies who defend their interests.
The law-in-draft "On approval of the state program "Construction, repair and reconstruction of water supply systems of villages and settlements in the DMR 2017-2020 years" will be presented for consideration of the deputies. However, the project of the republican budget to it for the next year is not provided. Therefore, legislators when adopting the state program must also find sources of funding for its implementation for at least the next year.
