If a driver is brought to administrative responsibility for consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor's prescription, then in addition to the main fine, an additional punishment will be applied to him – withdrawal of a driver's license for a certain period. The amendments, initiated by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic were adopted by the Supreme Council in two readings at once in the course of the plenary-online meeting.

The terms for limiting the use of a driver's license will be determined in court. After this time, you will need to undergo a medical examination.
