Remote sale of medicines

Medicines and other pharmaceutical goods can now be sold remotely. This right will be enjoyed by organizations that trade pharmaceutical products in our republic.

This practice already exists. Network of pharmacies have introduced this service this year. This was primarily caused by the quarantine measures in force in our republic. Those who are on self-isolation, the elderly are unable to leave their homes and buy the necessary medicines. Deputies of the Supreme Councils agreed with the government's proposal that such a norm should be spelled out at the level of law.

The deputy corps supported this legislative initiative and adopted the corresponding amendments to the law "On pharmaceutical activity in the PMR" in two readings at once.
