This type of provision of production, such as prohibiting the use of a vehicle with the removal of state license plates, is excluded from the Code of Administrative Offenses. The issue related to the removal of license plates from cars has been discussed among drivers for more than a year. Since 2016, 1205 protocols on the prohibition of the use of vehicles with the removal of state license plates have been drawn up.

Appeals concerning the illegal removal of registration plates from vehicles by vehicles by the traffic militia officers were submitted not only to judicial authorities, but also to the prosecutor's office. The adopted law-in-draft was sent for signature to the President.
