By tradition, the meeting of the faction "Obnovlenie" was held on the eve of the next plenary session of the Supreme Council. Its members considered the most controversial law-in-draft, introduced in the agenda of today's plenary meetings and then the Supreme Council. For example, just today the deputies will consider the 41 question.

Most members of the group called for overcoming the veto imposed by the President on the Supreme Council adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of PMR "On additional guarantees for the social protection of orphans and children left without parental care". Let’s remember that it was the initiative of the deputy Vladimir Bodnar, who proposed to consolidate the existing legal framework in the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, to receive higher education in training programs not only bachelors, specialists and master's degrees at public expense.

On the eve of Pridnestrovian single day of voting, scheduled for November 29, 2015, improvement of electoral legislation is becoming particularly urgent. Following this, members of the faction "Obnovlenie" supported the legislative initiative of their colleague Gregory Dyachenko to amend the current provisions of the Electoral Code. It is about combining the functions of the territorial and district commissions in case of coincidence of electoral boundaries.

The same fate is for the law-in-draft "On amendments to some legislative acts of PMR". It is proposed to abolish the duty of the residents of apartment buildings to choose a management company, which will deal with maintenance of residential buildings. The duty is proposed to replace the right to do it. According to the Head of the parliamentary Committee on Agriculture, Transport, Construction, Natural Resources and Ecology Efimy Koval, Committee members also support this initiative.

Members of the faction "Obnovlenie" at the last meeting also discussed issues of rent and payment for the land; a proposal for legislative consolidation of the duties of public associations quarterly report in the mass-media about the incoming funds into their accounts; toughening responsibility of citizens, evading alimony. Regarding the latter issue, the majority of members of the group agreed that when considering the priority should be to protect the interests of the child. Decide for him to be the deputies during the plenary session.
