One of the issues on the agenda of the next meeting of the consultative assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the Supreme Council concerned signed by the head of Pridnestrovie in 2012, of an agreement authorizing place on the territory of the RM customs posts. The former Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Yastrebchak made a report on this information.

He drew attention to the loss of the availability of the ratification of this document by the Supreme Council, which prescribes the applicable regulations of the Constitution.

He also described the effectiveness of so-called tactics of small steps, lamented the fact that a large number of signed documents Moldova and Pridnestrovie are simply not met.

The first Pridnestrovian Deputies - Galina Andreeva, Tom Zenovich, Anna Volkova, Igor Smirnov - in the ensuing discussion, gave an assessment of the government's foreign policy. However, they have stated that the process should be made public as regards all Pridnestrovians, expressed concern.

As noted by members of the consultative meeting of deputies of the first convocation of the Supreme Council, to increase the effectiveness of the foreign policy of the state line interferes with the existing misunderstandings and "lack of communication" between the branches of government.

In the adopted resolution, following the discussion the first consultative meeting of the members of Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the Supreme Council recommended that parliamentarians within the prescribed by the constitution and control functions involved in the implementation of foreign policy; promptly adopt a law governing the negotiation process with Moldova.
