Meeting of the Chairman of the Supreme Council Vadim Krasnoselsky with local deputies held within the framework of the session of the Bender city council was full of questions about the motives of the parliamentarians adopted laws. They asked, in particular, why not go to the end of the path of harmonization with the Russian legislation, where such a thing as a "turnout threshold" in the elections does not exist (the Supreme Council set it at 25%).

Chairman of the Supreme Council rejected the accusations, often heard in the media, whose founder is the head of the republic that legislators, allegedly, want to turn the PMR from a presidential republic into a parliamentary one.

The Speaker from the most recent initiatives gave the example of the amendments to the Criminal Code proposed by him. They entered the denial of the positive role of peacekeeping forces.

Vadim Krasnoselsky during the meeting responded positively to the proposal of the former chairman of Bendery City Council Leonid Tkachuk about the need to revise existing legislation in the sphere of ecology and preservation of the environment, because it was made back in the mid 90-ies in completely different conditions. Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba and head of parliamentary committee Efimy Koval received corresponding order from the Speaker.
